Syncing two Lives on macbooks correctly..please help!

Hello..
we got a slightly problem..
we try to sync to livesets on different macbooks with follow actions on scenes included..
the first 16 bars it runs smooth but then it starts to get out of sync..we tried it with two kick we doubled..
how can we find out the right amount of midi clock sync delay to get them fix together??
please help..
