Ableton live 7 + Microkorg and control changes

Hi,
I'd like to know if it is possible to assign control changes to any single note on Ableton Live
For example I have a pattern with "C" "A" and "D"notes and I want the cut off of "C" note set to 5, the cut off of "A" note set to 40 etc. How could I set that?
I need to send messenges from Ableton as CC#74 and a value to control cut off, CC#71 and value to control resonance etc.
I hope you understand, my english isn't soo good.
