hi i just got a fireface 400 today after going through motu hell with a new 828mkIII last week . live is having audio drop outs and all kinds of problems when using 7.0.5 it works fine no problems in 7.0 but live 7.0 wont let me activate my vst folder. and my vst folder is coming up in 7.0.5 . the fire face works fine like i said in 7.0, reason in stand alone and in itunes, so i dont think the fireface is the issue if i could get my vst folder to open in 7.0 all would be well. unless all the bugs and hell every one is having is because the vsts. and i did raise the buffer lowerd to 44.1 16bit etc im running a ibm pentium 4, 1.6ghz laptop with two gigs of ram havent had any problems till i did the updates in the last few weeks
