How do I get my warped disco and house tracks on 1.1.1?

I have trying to warp my disco, funk and house tracks in complex mode with ableton 7.
When I load the tracks and it is finished analyzed, it seems very good. It is often in time with the metronome from the first time, but the problem is that it is often offbeat.
That means that the 1 of the beat could come in on 2, 3 or 4.
This is very distracting when mixing.
I have tried the functions 'warp from here', or 'set 1.1.1 from here', but then it suddenly isn't syncronized anymore.
What did I do wrong?
