hallo , question about sync pc and mac

hallo people im wondering if there is a way to connect a macbook to a pc via midi over lan utility on macs & if its possible how is it done?
I can't help you with any real experience, I don't allow my Mac to get that close to PC's if it can be helped, but googling "midi network driver windows" brings a metric shitton of stuff. I sure something will work. Maybe someone else can tell you more, but most people tend to run their word clock over MIDI cables. That's much more reliable. You can get MIDI /USB connectors very cheaply, and it's really a better solution than the network.
