drum rack default settings?

when adding samples to a drum rack i would like to have a default velocity sensitivity of 70% in the simpler patches.
is this possible?

Build empty simpler with velocity set to 70 %

sorry, but this doesn't work.
it does work when i use simpler as single instrument and then drag a sample into it. but it does neither work when i drag samples into drum racks (nor when i use the components).
could this be a bug of live 7.0.2?

have you made a drumrack with a simpler in it?
that is what you have to save as default, not just a drumrack.
BTW - latest version is 7.07

well, i knew this is possible - but when i now drop samples onto the pads i find them in new simpler instruments with the original 0% velocity sensitivity.
i'd always have to chose the right chain and drop the sample into the simpler there...
no other way i guess...

this is not quite correct. the content of the /Defaults/Dropping Samples/On Drum Rack/
should be just a Simpler, or Sampler, with the desired settings. Not contained in a drum rack.
