Hey Sparklepuff,

Is meth becoming the new crack epidemic or something in US cities? While nothing new, the pic in your sig is still very disturbing. I know meth has been around for quite a while, so whats with the sudden surge in awareness?

I have no idea. The pic is a billboard that was posted in Montana and was quickly removed due to the complaints of the naughtiness of the picture. I think it's fucking hilarious. They certainly aren't trying to beat around the bush, there.

"What will happen if I smoke meth?"

"You'll start selling your pussy to truckers at rest stops for $15."

"Oh."

What exactly are you implying? Its nothing to joke about.

Personally, I think that billboard ad should have been left up. It depicts a very real scenario of an event that occurs over a number of hard drugs. The more ignorant someone is of the possible outcome of using hard drugs, the more likely they are to not worry about the consequences hard drugs can bring.

Its not a problem in my areas and the quicker we get rid of you Americans the better.

Whatever, are you Americans always understanding things the wrong way? The fucking spambots post porn pics in the middle of threads. I just said whats the difference of that and his image? Its just not appropriate.

In reality, i know its a problem. It's becoming a problem here too, i saw a danish documentary about the drug coming up (they visited the police and users in other countries to show what it did to people, and also interviewed a few danish users). Of course, the more info we show about the problems the better. But why should you create problems for me so i see disturbing things when browsing a forum?

I know you try to piss me off but i'm going against my standard and will just say this: There is a huge discussion about the porn pictures from recent :!:

Now its not only the porn links the spambots put in, its users images. Come on.

give that girl a bath and maybe we'll talk.

my wife learned in nursing school a while back that something like 1 in 4 americans have tried meth. pretty crazy right there. she had a patient when she was doing in hospital training that was a soccer mom that admitted to having a serious meth problem.

I don't know if you're just joking around or are really a homophobe, but if its the latter, then wtf?!!

How am I creating problems for you? All I did was ask about the image, not post it. Also, its never a bad thing to cause people to raise an eyebrow at something that should not be ignored. I really believe an ad campaign like that is much more effective than the laughable attempts of previous ads like these- http://youtube.com/watch?v=nl5gBJGnaXs

Yes the image is offensive, but it has a valid reason printed right on top of it.

Adonis, your pic is not showing up.
