Imported WAV files played faster/slower than they should..

Hey everyone,
I received all the unbounced tracks of our recording with my band and I wanted to render them my self by choosing some tracks in order to rehearse with only the drummer. This me I have for example 2 tracks for 1 guitar part (as they were 2 mics while recording that part) and I'd need to render them together in order to get the sound we have on the album. This worked with the bass, the drums but for not for one of the guitar parts. They're both WAV files, same size, same lenght (4.42 while hitting "space" on them in Finder) but when I drag them into live one of them is played way faster, and there's no reason for that to happen. I tried different things but I seems I can't get it right. And it looks like
