Nocturn keeps crashing live

Just bought a novation nocturn, but every time i load ableton with the nocturn it crashes?

do you get an error message when it crashes?
I just got one, and had just this problem. It was some plugins it didn't like (GRM tools). After a bunch of attempts (and error messages about the plugins) it had disabled them all. Now it works, although without those plugins of course.
I'm guessing your problem might be different, since you didn't mention error messages. Worth checking what it says in the startup window just before it bombs out, and seeing if it's plugin related though.
