Warp markes slip away. Loop braces aswell.

I have the following problem:
While trying dort insert a new warp marker by double clicking on the clips time grid, the grid slips a little to the left (the tempo increases for the segment and the timing gets wrong though) with no reason. I undo my action and with the second try everything is correct in most cases: the grid stays at its place.
Exactly the same happens with the loop brace: when I want to change the left end of a brace, sometimes the left side jumps with no reason two or more 1/16 to the left. I do the same action: undo and click again on the left end of the brace.
Somhow anoying.
I have a Macbook pro by the way and use an Microsoft Intelli Mouse.
Anybody an idea whats wrong?
