scrollbar not usable with many automations on return channel

just noticed this recently, i wasn't using send a lot before.
not a big deal, but potentially annoying if someone is using lots of automaiton lanes on return channels
note that if i had more lanes open, i couldn't scroll through them. it would be necessary to fold/unfold specific return at a time.
first option: a second scrollbar for browsing the return parameters
you can always go back to regular tracks by hiding return tracks.
this way the double pane layout is preserved, but makes it necessary hide return channels to come back to regular tracks.
second option: use a single scrollbar for both regular tracks and returns, but this way we are loosing the dual pane layout with returns at the end of the screen.
