Help:Realtime external guitar effects into software amp sim

Hi gang. I just moved to London from Seattle.
My gear is still on a boat, so I can't try it myself right now, but due to the particulars of my flat, there's no chance of using an amp to record my guitar tracks as I originally hoped. I think my only hope is to use my external pedal effects in conjunction with a software based amp simulator.
I'm new to reamping. I'm wondering if someone can help. Basically - I have a bunch of killer pedals, a good reamp box, and two good quality DI boxes - one active and one passive.
I have a RME Fireface 400 and MacBook Pro 2.2ghz, 2mg RAM, Logic Studio, Ableton Suite.
I guess I want my signal path to look something like this:
guitar>> FF400 >> Reamp >> pedals >> FF400 >>Logic Pro Amp sim...>>Out Monitors/Headhones to my ears...
Will I be able to do this with less than 10ms latency? I'm hoping I can multitrack guitars like this. What's the best way to do this and do you think I can jam/write like this (in "realtime")?
Thanks!
