Hi Folks,

Apologies if this has already been asked:

Is it possible to automate CCs on external hardware within Live?

I.e. Create an envelope to control the cutoff of my Waldorf XTk over MIDI using the correct CC number.

Hi Again,

Support helped me with this one.

In case anyone else is trying to figure it out, you have to create a MIDI clip, give it the right channel for your hardware, open it up, click the 'e' to edit deeper and then create the envelope in the clip itself. It allows you to pick CCs in there.

I was trying to do it in the main sequencer view (where the mixer automation is done etc.)
