How to get NI Guitar Rig 3 for $135 and Traktor 3 for $85

This could also be called "How to get the NI Audio Control for free"...either way, the title of the thread is a bit of a misnomer because bottom line is you'll pay around $363, but you'll be pretty much all set.
First, get the NI Audio Kontrol from any only vendor. Lowest price is $228. Freaking awesome USB2.0 sound card, with inputs for mics, guitars, line; 2 seperate stereo outs for DJing and cuing; low low latencies, like around 4ms. No power chord, so make sure you have a strong powered usb port...although this thing takes very little juice to run.
It comes with Guitar Combos and Traktor LE. Guitar Combos has an upgrade path to Guitar Rig 3...cheapest price on the web is $139, but if you call AudioMidi and ask them to beat it, you'll get it for $135. Same with Traktor - upgrade for $85.
Bottom line, if you were to get those titles at full price, you'd probably exceed the price of the upgrades and the sound card.
