PLEASE HELP!! presets in Live Devices missing after update

This has never happened before (i've used live since v. 4)
When I did the update from 7.02 to .09.....I noticed that almost all of the presets in Live Devices were gone.......the only ones that remain are the ones I made myself over the years....and every once in a while there will be the "livefill track team" presets.......but most all of them gone...... (ex. when i open "Performance & DJ" ....all gone.....all the way down the list)
I've checked and re-checked library path and nothing is different (ex. F:\Ableton\Library)
I'm sure it is something very simple...but for whatever reason.....I'm not getting it this time:( ...Can anyone help? Thank you in advance!!!
