This sucks, I don't even know how I got there, let alon how to get out. I can't even save or close the damn thing, it just sits there laughing at me.

also, one of the corners has a thing you can click that will return you to regular view.

Ha ha. I couldn't tell you how many times I've freaked out about the same thing (while drunk).
There should be an entire chapter in the manual dedicated to just this in a huge font.
