Individual track pre and post sends + more

coming from Pro Tools HD and loving Live 7 on the electronic side for quick, amazing, professional results.
Here are a few feature request that seems second nature to me as basics:
- Individual track pre and post sends
- Track Playlists
- Track groups
- Groove templates (+ the ability to import from other formats and make your own)
- individual track (region) midi groove customization
- Randomization feature for velocity
PS: I also feel that although the way live handles midi is brilliant, the fact that you lose visual sight of the midi 'piano roll' when you go into over dub mode however is a big negative in terms of work flow. I always find myself re sizing windows required just to go between editing and recording. Seems cumbersome and unnecessary.
In a nutshell all the basic stuff that Logic and Pro Tools has had for ages.
I think Live is nearly there in terms of becoming a viable alternative to these main apps and I feel with just a few obvious tweaks that could widely open the market.
