Pro Tools via Ableton rewire question

Id love to be able to rewire Pro tools and Ableton. But when i go to the Pro Tools mixer-then go to instrument- Pro tools doesn't have Ableton Listed.
How can i get it to be read in Pro Tools?

by default that is all just taken care of when you install live. it should be visible in your plug-in list within pro tools without having to do anything except the initial installation of live.
i have encountered one issue on a clients mac where reason wasn't popping up in the pro tools plug-in list. it was fixed by upgrading to a newer version of reason. what version of live and pro tools are you using?
