A&H Xone 62 volume problems??

Hi All
meant to post this a while back, i brought a second hand vgc xone62 of the bay and im having real problems with its outputs. it just doesnt seem to be loud at all, to get a decent volume i have to be pushing right in the reds. This is happening using turntables/cdjs/powerbook
it does have a sticker on the mixer which makes me think it may have been part of a club install or alike, is there any jumpers inside these etc which may limit outputs etc
any help would be much appreciated
