I didn't think Thailand was particularly cheap for electronic goods, they don't make a lot of them there so hence they are just another importer.

Maybe seagate drives will be cheap, I used to work with a nice human that was a PM for seagate in Thailand.

where do you live? You might not have any warranty at all after you have bought it. Im with Angstrom, I didnt think electronics were particularly cheap there & i know one guy that used to live there had a lot of trouble getting hold of decent audio equipment

i have an opportunity to be in Bangkok for several days because of my job. my brother was there few years ago and he bought some really cheep hardware. i am from Croatia, and music equipment is very expensive here. in usa the price of motu ultralite mk3 is 550 bucks and here in my country is 1000 bucks.

so i thought that this is good opportunity to wreck this stupid fast track "pro". :)

cheers
