I see you're on Logic and 10.5.x --- is that combination stable? I read an awful lot of posts when 10.5. came out from people with major problems (I think mostly performance related - 10.5. seemed to diminish performance compared with 10.4.).
Thanks!

The 8.0.2 Logic update and 10.5.4 cured all sorts of problems, my system is more stable than its ever been on leopard.

when are you going to realise that osx is buggier than windows xp and/or vista will ever be? all you mac twats droning on about stability, firewire superiority etc blah. its all BULLSHIT. firewire is just as shit as usb, and the fact you have all disappeared up its asshole means whenever apple decide to tweak their os and add dome bullshit, they ALWAYS manage to screw up the firewire config in some new retarded way, leaving you simpletons high and dry. why do you do this to yourselves? got a fucking smart answer for that you smartmouth wanker shitfuckers?

Such vitriol!

FTR, I've never had FW issues, crashes from audio programs or any other problems on any mac I've owned since my powerbook G3 back in the day. However, my POS Dell at work crashes on a weekly basis just reading an email in Outlook. So ':P' !!!!
