The perfect controllers are the ones that don't exist:

I think that the Faderfox units win hands-down, although the 'perfect' controller is kinda subjective, depending on what you want to do with Live.
I'm quite happy with my Oxygen 8/USB game controller set up at the moment.

im asking because i want to know other users opinions
if you read my original post it says : what controller is perfect for Live... and why ?
i expected people to tell me what is their perfect controller and why... then i can have input from experienced users... this is the purpose of a forum... if you dont want to respond you dont have to... but if you do respond please tell me about the controller you love (to use with Live) and why you love it..

i buy, try keep or get rid of controllers every few months. Some stay for good like the Faderfox LV2, upgraded from LV1 .Used LX and LX2 is on the way. For playing, recording music Novation SL and MPD32.

My biggest gripe is for search through clips to trigger them. Its it possible to set an x/y to browse through the channels/clips and trigger them? A little midi joystick with an entry button would be awesome but I don't know if this can be set. Everytime I play this annoys me the most, mousing around to trigger clips.
