Mastering KHZ

Hi everyone,
Got a track, everything 44100 KHZ, few vst's, etc.
Ready for bouncing to make a MP3 for myspace or website.
Idea:
I want to bounce all tracks seperate to a folder and make a new track to master the track.
What KHZ etc should i use for the best quality, volume etc?
