Hello,

I upgraded to the latest version of live but now it crashes after some time of use. I'd like to know if someone kept an install pack of Live 7.0.2 which appeared to be more reliable on my computer

Hi Fred,

what exactly do you do before Live crashes? Please contact [email protected] with the following infos:

- Your computer configuration and operating system
- Your audio hardware

Please also attach your Live "Log.txt" file to the e-mail. You can find it here:

* Windows C:/Documents and Settings/your user name/Application Data/Ableton/Live/Preferences
* Mac OS X: /User/Library/Preferences/Ableton

Note that on some Windows systems the application data folder is hidden by default. Here is what you have to do to make it visible:

Windows

1. Launch Explorer.
2. Select Tools/Folder Options/View.
3. Check "Show hidden files and folders."

Notes:

* OS X users: If you experience Live crashes, please send us also your Live Crash Log. You can find this here: /Users/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/Live.crash.log
* Please send the files as .zip attachment.
