basic situation:
667MHz powerbook, Ableton Live 3.0.4, Edirol UA-5 and the latest ASIO drivers from Edirol

when i try to change from soundmanager to ASIO i always get the error message: Failed to open the audio device UA-5......

any ideas, suggestions why this happens?

maybe unplugging/replugging the interface (to 'initialize') might do the trick. i had this once with the rme.
