Can anyone recommend free vst downloads?

I am a new user to 7LE. The more i get to know the more i realise i need more than just a laptop! Can anyone let me know of any decent free downloads for vst 's and also samples?

If you look on kvr there are loads of free vsts. I like the Ugo ones, they are a bit different from the usual. For example 'String Theory' and physical modeling synth.

Not free but very cheap, buy a copy of Computer Music magazine. On the cover disc there is a vst called 'ZebraCM', this is an awesome synth for a give away. There is other useful stuff on there but I am trying to keep my set up limited to a few synths.

You can search the database of free VST's or commercial ones. They literally add new free vst's every day.
