DRUM MACHINES?

Hi guys and gals.
Was wondering if anyone could help with this. A couple of weeks ago my mac book pro went down and to cut a long story short i lost all of my program files which meant i had to re install everything (this took a week) anyway i have everything up and running again apart from DRUM MACHINES which it seems i have to re download, but i dont seem to be able to without buying it again! Any ideas before i contact support?
