Rendering video strange issue

When rendering (exporting) a mix with a video track too, I experienced this strange behaviour.
When I selected a region to export, it rendered the waw audio file ok but the video file (17 Mbps) got only the first frame and it was just a couple of seconds long.
Thinking that maybe I didn't select a key frame as the starting frame (how could I?) I tried and moved the left edge of the selection quite a bit on the right, in fact cutting away the beginning of the selection, and it worked!
Then I started moving the left edge a little to the left and do thre export again. After several working exportation, at some point it stopped working again. Moving the edge a bit to the right it started to worked again:
any clue?
For some other section of the mix I couldn't find the "right spot" and after 10/12 non working trials I gave up. But this it makes it unusable.

Similar issue here...

I export the video, and the result is the video super zoomed, like I would only see 5% of the image, I guess top left pixels...

On which OS (@Fabiospark), and which Live version (both of you)?

Also, what's the video file format?

Just to be sure, I mean the input video file format, not the export format.
