just a quick question, if you have a few different soundbacks on the sylenth, can you create a new custom one to store all your favourite presets on?

example - can have your favourite preset sounds from 4 soundbanks in one new bank?

If so how do you do it

id been making most of my tracks in c minor chords up until now, mainly because it was the only one i really know. my friend was telling me i should be playing seventh chords for house music, he said f#, a, c# was a good chord to play, what a good chord progressions for this?

im currently using the sylenth 1 as a synth with live. im mainly using the preset sounds and tweaking them slightly to suit

is there any books or sites i can read to get a handle on synthesis so i can start making my own sounds, id need a complete beginners guide

just looking some advise on some percussion loop and sample packs for making tech house and deep house.

can somebody recommend a sample pack with percussive one shot sounds for using with the impulse (kicks, claps, hats, bongo/congo, toms etc)

also i would like to know some good loop ...

my music production teacher has recommended i buy this, he said abletons built in audio porcessing units are not good enough for professional sounding tracks.

is this the best available in its price range or should i consider other ones?

personally i dont like the EQ as its knob based and ...

the full nexus pack is approx EUR 1700 so buying it is not an option at all

im just wondering is it normal for live 8 bpm counter to keep changing speed when its synched to another program, i have it synched to a program playing beats at a constant bpm of 128, but ableton bpm counter jumps from 125 - 130 when synching

is this normal or does it mean something is wrong?
