Can an Imac be synced to a PC laptop by way of midi? Can 1 audio interface be used or do you have to have two?

Why does'nt EIC-2 Instruments show up in sampled instruments
Why does'nt EIC-2 Instruments show up in sampled instruments after I installed them in ver. live 8? Should'nt they show up under sampled instruments in preferences? Also the manual states that they need to be authorized but it never ask's or shows up under authorizations on live website? What's the ...
