Why does'nt EIC-2 Instruments show up in sampled instruments

Why does'nt EIC-2 Instruments show up in sampled instruments after I installed them in ver. live 8? Should'nt they show up under sampled instruments in preferences? Also the manual states that they need to be authorized but it never ask's or shows up under authorizations on live website? What's the deal with this?

Live 8, APC 40,AXIOM 25, RADIUM 64, YOUN ABILITY FOOT CONTROLLER,TRANZPORT, TERRA DIGITAL LAPTOP RUNNING WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK 3 ETC....

They show up under 'instrument racks'. For example, look in instrument racks, Piano and Keys, Acoustic Piano, Keys - Grand Piano. Nothing else to tell you that it's EIC2, but there it is. Dunno why they don't show up anywhere else, just how they did it I guess.

They are actually sorted by a random algorithm during install. Mine shows up under Audio Effects or "I" for instruments except for the cowbells, which are stored in the recycle bin.

Thanx for the reply. I can see that I,m not the only 1 having problems with EIC Instruments.

Yeah I'm not really sure where to find what I bought with EIC either. I'm sure it's in there some where
