Re: Push 3S with RME CC audio interface
I purchased an RME Digiface USB with the announcement of the new class compliant firmware. This works fine with my linux laptop but push 3 does not recognize it at all. I am hoping to connect it to 2 BoredBrain Optx V2s for more modular IO but in theory it should have at least 32/32. Anyone else try ...

10.12.4 and poof Softube VSTs missing
Weird issue I can only correlate with upgrading to 10.12.4 on Monday: My softube VSTs are installed but whenever I open a project, Ableton complains of all the Softube plugins being missing. In the plugin view many VSTs seem to be missing. Bitwig Studio and Presonus Studio One opened on the same ...

Re: No dependence on discrete GPU or GPU switching
...you could use gfxcardstatus to force your laptop to only use the igpu
I tried using that a few minor osx versions ago and it just led to many headaches. Also it does not work if you have external displays plugged in. Truly this would be better to be a part of Ableton's code.

No dependence on discrete GPU or GPU switching
I'm really kind of baffled that after purchasing a Macbook Pro 2016 that Ableton has made my MBP less energy efficient. I can't see any reason why the discrete GPU is needed to render anything I need to arrange a track. I have no idea if OpenCL does anything for Ableton. What I do know is that ...

Re: OS X Live assertion failed libxpc.dylib Flooding breach
My issue is either caused by Izotope Ozone 7 VST, Izotope RX5 VST or by iLok. I took some time to do a process of elimination.

Re: OS X Live assertion failed libxpc.dylib Flooding breach
I'm having the same problem. It's preventing me from finishing a track which is really frustrating. I did try kicking my Kontakt track out of the song which dramatically reduced CPU, but doesn't stop the errors. My post is here https://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=219580&p=1687633#p1687633 ...

Re: Transport lags almost 10 seconds
I submitted it to Ableton support, hopefully they can help.
It currently uses an Operator, NI Kontakt 5, NI Replika, Ozone 7 and is only 7 tracks.
Console floods these errors during playback:
1/8/16 11:33:05.822 AM Live[918]: assertion failed: 15C50: libxpc.dylib + 35399 [61AB4610-9304-354C-9E9B ...

Re: Transport lags almost 10 seconds
I've tried setting the project to 44.1, 48 and 96 with no change.

Transport lags almost 10 seconds
I am not sure how to figure out an issue I am having with Live 9.5. I have a track I'm working on the final arrangement for that multiple samples were recorded at 24/96 and split so they could be manipulated. In the previous Live version I had no playback issues. Now when I hit play it takes roughly ...
