I am trying to go from the live set recording which i have cut down and looped to what I want. To the vertical session view selector clip device drop area. If that makes sense...

Might sound stupid but here goes. Im new to recording on live and I am having trouble switching my Live set recording to a regular loop on the main screen. I went through the tut's and it's not in there... I am using this as a song writing tool any help is appreciated.
