Anybody knows of a plugin that would emulate a 16-step sequencer sending only the midi data to the host/another plug?

Help much apreciated... I just feel more comfortable when programming drums simply turning on and off steps.

I especially like the one that kicks in @14'22 with the high pichted "bottle" sound.
I am from Switzerland too and I noticed a trend to more syncopated, slow and glitchyer house-music these days. The loft is a cool place.
