Hi guys, I posted this over at the Apple Forums, but maybe you could give me some advice.

I have a mid-2011 Macbook pro, with an old operating system on it. 10.6.8 to be exact.
I also have an Ipad, software version 7.1.1 - Model MD786C/A

@Madureira: How do you deal with the circumstance that internal delay compensation inside ableton is off when sync mode is Slave ???

This. Weirdly enough, I find a real amp to be more versatile than all amp sim software. Although all are great for sounding exactly like everyone else.

So, recently I got into djing with traktor. I wanted to have the best of both worlds: Ableton's flexibility, and Traktor's dj interface with proper dj-friendly browing, auto-grid, EQ on the fly etc.

I also love traktor's remix deck concept (somewhat Ableton inspired), but I found lame ...

Being the OP of this thread, I have to say that I had my issue solved.

After installing version 1.4, released last april all works 100% now.

I'm not bashing Novation, but indeed the release notes don't mention a thing about OSX 10.6.8 (snow leopard).

That sucks a bit because I was aware of this ...

Nothing sounds "wrong" or out of place to me, though I'm not sure what you are going for. The sounds are solid and full, good width. The drums get a little overwhelmed by the dubstep-y talking bass and the chord stabs, but again... maybe you're going for a ...

This is basically a template that I use for a live improv.

I start with a bass loop done with looper, then I jam along the file I posted until halfway the song.

Then, it's electric guitar time! Another loops, solo over the middle section, then fade out.

Any opinions ...
