@ Alextronica: nah, unfortunately it´s not possible to make an AU with MIDI output, so we decided to make this a standalone app. So no need to copy it to your plugin folder. To set it up, just have a look at the video in the first post! Just let me know if there is any trouble!

@ Alextronica: The software should work fine with 10.4.
First we had it 10.5 and higher, but we were able to recompile it for 10.4 and up.
I tried finding all the "needs 10.5 or higher" in the descriptions ...

Hi guys,
together with a friend I have developed an open source standalone MidiLFO app for OSX, as our entry for this years´ KVR Developer challenge:

just bought the edu version of live 6 two weeks ago.
was also thrown off by the sticker ("educational use only"), so I called the abes in berlin to find out exactly. the nice girl on the phone told me that the use of the edu version is in no way restricted or limited to the full version. you can ...

hi guys,
had a nice find yesterday night and haven´t seen anything in the forum so here goes:
I wanted to remap the "record" hotkey in live cause I find the ProTools shortcut for record (cmd space) just so convenient. but "space" etc. is hardwired in live, so you can´t normally use it for remapping ...

Dunno if it´s technically possible, but it would be nice to be able to turn on one´s MIDI controller when Live is already running, and Live registering it. I found that I´m mostly too lazy to turn off Live and back on again, if I want to use my controller, and so ending up not using it as much ...
