I am looking for a decent, but not too expensive USB soundcard (for about 100 pounds). I was looking at M Audio MobilePre. Does it have any cheaper alternatives?

Also I am looking for audio monitors for around 200 pounds (if possible to find decent ones for that price). I have no clue ...

I should also mention that I use number of other synths like Zebra, RP Predator, NI Massive, but I still can't create any more intersting sound than a simple synth, drum kick, hi hat or clap. I just don't know how to use synth's tools in order to create something I would really like. When I listen ...

Well, I know exactly what is a drum kick, hi-hat, clap... I've seen more names for other parts (I am not sure if I could still call them drums but those were mallets, toms etc.)
