yea-i got it. i was using the x-station before and the latency was very low but when i changed the x-25 for the remote sl that i have now, i changed the asio thingy to the wrong one. got it on dual asio or whatever its called now. all swell. thanks

When I hit the keys, the sound doesnt play for ages (using cubase). Is there a way of reducing the time (latency?)

so to record the synth what do i do?

i think i dont understand it as well as i thought. i have it set so midi in = x station. midi out = x station. when i record, it records the notes i play but not the actual sound. am i right in thinking that the sound can go through the usb cable into the laptop ...

been doing quite a bit recently and find it alot easier to produce electro sounds but the bassline seems to be harder to work on.

i am starting to use ableton alot both for production and djing. i was thinking of getting one of these:
