Re: Looking for a Device

Once again, I'm looking for a device. Something that would be able to set/randomize sample's Start/End position on all the clips on a track.

Re: Looking for a Device

Hey! Thanks for the quick reply. Yeah, that looks exactly like something I need, though I had some minor trouble with making it work.

Looking for a Device

Somebody could make this thread sticky, I think people would use it on a regular basis.

Anyway, I'm looking for a simple device that would randomize all the notes in a midi clip (their pitch - not the pattern). Or something that would generate random notes when fed any midi signal. I guess it's not ...

Re: When you create music, what is your purpose?

Music has more power over my life than any person has ever had, and when I decide to start working on something, it has to be 'moving', if you know what I mean. If melodies don't 'move' me and I don't think they can 'move' anybody else, I start again from scratch.
So basically, my goal is world ...

Re: DON'T READ THIS SHIT UNLESS YOU WANNA WIN A LIGHTSABER

Even after all this time, my track is still vocal-less. Okay, I wasn't trying that hard, but still... There's a slightly updated version on SoundCloud, the most notable addition being the bass. Plus, the second half is more guitar driven, since the guitars got louder and the piano fades out after a ...

Re: Recommend a softsynth

What kind of music do you have in mind? What kind of synthesis do you prefer? Are you a total newbie or do you have experience in working with synthesizers?

Also, 'please' doesn't hurt from time to time.

Re: Creating a cool snare drum for electro music

Do you have any recommendations that's not too expensive?
Not really, I don't spend that much time creating synthetic drums anymore, and if I need a kick or something, I visit my best pals Operator and EQ Eight.

There's much truth in what Doc Fluffy wrote (even though I personally prefer ...
