I've been using Live as a video cutting tool for quite some time now, but just today I tried to use this patch that can be found on maxforlive.com, called midi_vidi. It's actually pretty cool - with some midi randomizing and shit you can come up with a lot of cool stuff that would take ages if you'd done it by hand. Anyway, after a whole day of work, I realized that the patch can't record the video, and Live can't export it (obviously, since it's midi). I've found a Jitter tutorial for video recording, but I'm kinda lost - though I've wanted to dive deeper into Max/MSP/Jitter for ages, I haven't yet, and I won't have the time to start any time soon. I'll appreciate any help with this.

I guess there's something in the tutorial patch I have to connect to midi_vidi, though somehow I doubt it will be that simple...
