When I split a file the end of the waveform becomes a line and is silent no matter what I try. how do i stop it from doing that.

Can anyone give me some tips when warping dancehall reggae music since the pattern is not standard like dance music? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

probably that's why live stops the recording because of the rendering. I have a lot of hard drive space so that's not an issue. I use like to record my dj sets at the club but after about 2 or 3 hours live stops recording. Is this a default feature that I can turn off or that's just how it is?
