one to take on the road...

it would be great to have the laptop at a height where you can actually use it, especially above the controllers we use for live...

time to stop all this hunching back ache & squinting eye sight loss..!

i am working on a song with only 8 audio tracks and get drop outs so bad that the music will just stop playing and i will have to restart live..

yeah i get the same trouble with only 6 audio tracks and almost no fx... it makes it alost impossible to use for writing... also the timing of the audio ...

ok we set up the trigger finger pads on 16 presets with different notes across each set of 16... all on 1 midi channel... the 4 faders & 8 dials are assigned to the same cntrls and channel across all the presets. everything fine except: the 8 dials keep behaving strange... sometimes 2 will send the ...

ok i got it working again by doing a factory reset... it was weird though cos even if i pressed 'cntr mute' the display would say 'om' then revert back to 'off' after a few secs...??

Hi Im using a UC33 & sice randomly (oops) pressing some buttons it says OFF in big letters & its not sending any data. Can anybody tell me how to get it working again...?

i sure hope the new version is released soon cos we are having serious trouble with 5.2 crashing & losing site of any hard disk content while dragging some .wavs into session...

does anyone else have this problem? i drag clips into a large Live set and it then cant see the content of any hard disks... you can play but not save or even quit.

thanks. only problem is we are then limited to having only the 127 midi notes from the pads so we can only trigger 127 one shots in our set without changing channel... we have a set of about 16 songs and ideally we would like 16 one shot fx from trigger finger in each song...

know of a way round ...

one last question before our first live show:

we want to use the 4 faders on a trigger finger to control vol and fx sends on 2 audio tracks in Live. But we want to change midi channel so the pads play different one shots for each song in our set. can we set Live to respond to these same 4 faders ...

will someone please explain this for me... i have been trawling through the performance test but is over 40 pages n i cant find the info im looking for...

what does it do? improve performance? what about reliability?
