what midi/usb converter are you guys using, since this does no go usb.

bought the sound audigy 2 ZN notebook the other day hoping to get better cpu usage when running ableton. It worked well!

however I installed asio4all so I can cue with my headphones on one jack and shoot to the master of the mixer with the other one, this so I can mix properly using my laptop ...

I have the oportunity to purchase a refurbished Ibook 14 G4 with 512 ram

I am thinking of upgrading the ram to 1gb

anyone had experiences with abelton and an ibook?
