I have only managed to reproduce it in 6.0.3. All other versions don't seem to exhibit this behavior. Haven't tracked down the cause of it yet though.

I have managed to reproduce it all of a sudden! I wasn't doing anything different to before but then it just started happenning. I will look into it and let you know when it is fixed.

I just tried on Mac OS X and couldn't reproduce it there either. Does the problem go away if you scoll to the first chain? I'm just wondering if it is at all related to the scrolling and number of chains - it might be something else altogether.

Another possibility is that it could be a skin bug ...

Yes that is what I have done. I create an audio effect rack with 8 chains and scrolled to the last chain so chain 1 is no longer visible. Then I adjusted the range of the last chain's chain selector and the numbers were displayed. I tried this in 6.0.1 and our latest beta. Can you see anything wrong ...

I am unable to reproduce this problem. I have scrolled to the bottom of a rack with many chains and when I adjust any of the ranges the numbers or note names are displayed. Can you give more detailed steps on what is needed to reproduce this?

The instrument racks seem to take a long time to load, and even start generating some sound before fully loaded. I thought I paid for a full version and not a Beta... :roll:

the problem is, i can't get the impulse's ranges to budge from c3-c4 using the key zone editor.

in case i'm not being clear, i'd like to build a rack that i can play with the 16 pads of my mpc...
