How do you dub it through Rewire? Rewire tracks don't have the ability to record in Cubase, unless I'm missing something. I can rewire it to Cubase, but Cubase only acts as a monitoring engine.

Right, but I still have to import each track into my DAW. That's super lame. Why won't rewire allow me to just print audio tracks into my DAW? It only acts as a monitoring system.

Use whichever audio interface of yours has the best A/D conversion. The audio engine in your DAW matters, but much less so than the converters in your interface.

I just made my first track in Live and now I want to export it into Cubase/Sonar/Pro Tools for some editing.

DO I REALLY HAVE TO EXPORT TRACKS ONE AT A TIME?

Someone please tell me that there is a multitrack export function like .omf or something available? Ableton can't have overlooked this ...

...and for those of us who started on DAWs:

1) Send/returns vs. inputs. Do I really have to open 4 instances of Waves RVerb to get overhead and room ambience on drums. Why doesn't Live offer send/return functionality? This would GREATLY reduce CPU usage.
