yea, exactly. it had every other preset except live lite. it must of been used. something my parents failed to tell me when they gave it to me. i took it to guitar attention center and they just triggered a default reset and boom, it was gone. Seems I was overthinking things. Thanks for responding ...

Please guys, I could really use the help, As rookie as this question may be.

I'm trying to set my MPK 49 to my Ableton Live 8 Trial Version. In my manual, it says there should be a preset for Live Lite along with Reason, Cubase, etc. It has all the others as promised in the manual but instead of Live Lite, the screen shows "Da'Rosa" instead. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong ...

Live lite doesn't support mp3 or other compressed audio formats. You'll either have to convert everything to .wav/.aiff or upgrade to the full version of live.

That's the type of thing I was looking for. I'm upgrading to 8 now, then prob buying the full version in that case. Hopefully thats a ...

THis might be a repost but I'm looking to DJ with my Live software (Live Lite 7 Akia Edition) and when I open the folder all the music I have in my itunes (iTunes 10) doesn't show up.
