I don't deal with any of those things. In fact, I don't even turn it on anymore - its just always on, ready to go.

Sadly, my set up's heart would be left at your doorstep.

But, I see your point. I guess. I don't think its a good reason, but I see your point.

But my pie can taste like cake if I want it to, where as some people's cakes can only taste like cake.

So, I don't have good video editing software loaded into my lappy, and Ableton was the best way to do this. So, the whole project was made with Ableton, except for the graphic design elements....

I just don't get it. Why does anyone, especially those on this particular forum, want to get a dedicated piece of hardware, when laptop, software, and midi-controller seem to be able to do all that?

I want more options, not less. I want less ...
