Bah, I ended up find a MIDI clip in Live, and stripping everything out of it but the bell, and re-timed it. Seemed to be cleaner than what I was finding on the web. A little bit of work, but it did the trick, until I can get the OMNIBELL 9000 or whatever that thing Kung Fu posted was...
