Muddy tone
Thanks for your reply. I am using a Line 6 TonePort UX2 and recording directly to the computer without a mike. Do you think my results would improve by using a microphone going into the TonePort? Last question. What kind of microphone should I buy? Thanks again

I've just started using Ableton Live, basically to record solo jazz guitar pieces on my computer hard drive. The recorded sound I am getting so far is muddy. What is the easiest way to mix and edit a recording to achieve a very clear guitar sound.? Thanks very much
