I can drag demo songs from library, but how to insert song from outside (from hard disk) to library? Is it possible?

Is it imposible in some way, to play some songs from my documet's map and, at the same time record this songs or part of songs in Abletone to make clip?

Other question, how to record voice or sound to make clip?
